Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PULSAR ("the Service"), a Telegram-based automated trading bot for the Solana blockchain. By using the bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By starting or using the PULSAR Telegram bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Description
PULSAR is a Telegram bot that provides automated trading tools for the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to:
- ›Token sniping on Raydium, Pump.fun, and other Solana DEX platforms
- ›Automated buy/sell execution based on user-defined parameters
- ›Anti-rug and MEV protection mechanisms
- ›Portfolio tracking and trade analytics
- ›Multiple trading modes (FALCON, VIPER, APEX) for different strategies
The Service is provided as a tool only. PULSAR does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made by the user at their own discretion and risk.
Eligibility
To use PULSAR, you must:
- ›Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- ›Have a valid Telegram account
- ›Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- ›Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
- ›Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
Fees & Commissions
PULSAR operates on a commission-based model:
Free to Use
There is no subscription fee, monthly charge, or upfront cost to use PULSAR. The bot is completely free to start using.
Commission on Profits
We charge a 5% commission only on profitable trades. If a trade results in a loss, no commission is charged. The commission is automatically calculated and deducted during the trade execution.
Blockchain Network Fees
Standard Solana network transaction fees (gas fees) apply to all trades. These are paid to the Solana network, not to PULSAR.
Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
By using PULSAR, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

- •Automated trading does not guarantee profits
- •Smart contract failures, exploits, or rug pulls are inherent risks of DeFi
- •Network congestion may affect transaction execution timing
- •Past performance does not guarantee future results
- •Regulatory changes may impact the legality or availability of the Service
PULSAR is not a financial advisor. The Service is a tool and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to use PULSAR to:
- ✕Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- ✕Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
- ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the bot's software
- ✕Interfere with or disrupt the bot's infrastructure or security
- ✕Share, resell, or redistribute your bot access
- ✕Attempt to bypass or manipulate the commission system
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the bot.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the bot after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the bot.
Termination
We may suspend or ban your access to the bot at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use the bot ceases immediately.
