By creating an account, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using PULSAR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PULSAR is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated trading tools for the Solana blockchain, including but not limited to:

• ›Token sniping on Raydium, Pump.fun, and other DEX platforms
• ›Automated buy/sell execution based on user-defined parameters
• ›Anti-rug and MEV protection mechanisms
• ›Portfolio tracking and trade analytics
• ›Multi-wallet management capabilities

The Service is provided as a tool only. PULSAR does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading decisions are made by the user at their own discretion and risk.

To use PULSAR, you must:

• ›Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• ›Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• ›Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited
• ›Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

You are responsible for:

• ›Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• ›Safeguarding your wallet private keys and seed phrases
• ›All activity that occurs under your account
• ›Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

PULSAR operates on a subscription-based model with the following terms:

PULSAR is not a financial advisor. The Service is a tool and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

You agree not to use PULSAR to:

• ✕Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• ✕Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
• ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service's software
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security
• ✕Share, resell, or redistribute your license or account access
• ✕Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended functionality

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service, its users, or its infrastructure.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused portion of a prepaid subscription is non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
