PULSAR ("we", "our", or "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Solana trading bot platform. By using PULSAR, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect minimal information necessary to operate the Service:
Account Information
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. When you sign in via Solana wallet (Phantom/Solflare), we receive your public wallet address.
License & Subscription Data
Plan type, subscription status, activation date, and payment transaction signatures on the Solana blockchain.
Usage Analytics
Aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the Service.
✦ What we do NOT collect
We never collect your private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or any credentials that could grant access to your funds. Your private keys never leave your device.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- ›Authenticate your identity and manage your account
- ›Provide, operate, and maintain the trading bot Service
- ›Process and verify license payments on the Solana blockchain
- ›Communicate with you regarding account activity, support, or updates
- ›Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
- ›Improve and optimize the performance of the Service
Blockchain Data
PULSAR interacts with the Solana blockchain to process subscription payments and verify transaction signatures. Please be aware that:

Blockchain transactions are public and immutable. Any transaction you make on the Solana blockchain (including subscription payments) is permanently recorded on a public ledger. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is outside our control.
We only store your public wallet address and transaction signatures for license verification purposes. We never have access to your private keys or the ability to initiate transactions on your behalf.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services:
Google OAuth
For account authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Solana Blockchain / RPC
For processing payments and verifying transactions. Public blockchain data.
Phantom & Solflare Wallets
For wallet-based authentication. We interact with these extensions client-side only.
Firebase / Firestore
For secure data storage and user account management.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- ›All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS
- ›Authentication tokens are securely managed via NextAuth.js with HTTP-only cookies
- ›Wallet signature verification uses Ed25519 cryptographic validation
- ›Security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options) are enforced on all responses
- ›We apply the principle of least privilege — only essential data is stored
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us via Telegram.
Transaction data on the Solana blockchain cannot be deleted as it is part of the immutable public ledger.
